Cancellation

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing to KOTFA 2018 Organizing Committee.
  • Refund Policy for Cancellation as follows
  • for cancellation made on or before Feb. 9, 2018 : 80% of total entry fee will be refunded.
  • for cancellation made between Feb. 10 ~ Apr. 13, 2018: 50% of total entry fee will be refunded.
  • for cancellation made on or after April. 14, 2018: 100% of total entry fee will not be refunded.
  • Without Refund about Individual registration Cancellation
