You will use the charged parking lot at COEX.
During the displaying term, only vehicles used for working are free.

May I sell product and food at booth?

Yes, you can sell products and food in our exhibitions.
But it is required to discuss it with Secretariat in advance.

I need a part-timer who helps operate booth during exhibition term.

If you need a part-timer, please contact the Secretariat for recruitment.
The cost can be changed by inflation rate.

May I be recommended to booth installment company?

Refer to COEX service subcontractor List in KOTFA Participation Information page.

May I use seminar room during exhibition period?

Yes, if you need a seminar room during the exhibition period, please contact the Secretariat for the rental.
If there are not available rooms, it may be restricted to use the spaces by the exhibition center.

Tell me about Refund policy.

▪ For cancellations made on or before February 8th, 2019 : 80% refund
▪  For cancellations made between February 9th ~ April 12th, 2019: 50% refund
▪  For cancellations made on or after April 13th, 2019 : No refund

It the largest Tour exhibition participated by 60 countries and 500 companies related with tour.

Representatively, the exhibition is hosted by 17 Municipal & Local government, overseas tourism organizations, embassies, tour agency, hotels, condominiums, schools related with tourism, medical care, transportation, communication companies, IT companies and tour related organizations.
